90 Night Comfort Guarantee
We understand that choosing the right mattress is very important decision. That is why we offer a 90 Night Comfort Exchange with the purchase of any Sealy Hybrid, Sealy Conform, TEMPUR-Pedic, and Stearns and Foster. This means if you want to exchange your mattress, we will exchange it for up to 90 nights. One thing that we require is that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to the comfort and support of the new mattress and that the exchange is for the same size mattress. After that time, you have up to the 90th day from your original delivery date to take advantage of our Comfort Exchange.
The TEMPUR-Pedic Comfort Exchange Policy
Choosing the right mattress is an important decision. That is why we include the 90-Night Comfort Exchange with every TEMPUR-Pedic mattress purchase.
- Give your body 30 nights to adjust to the comfort level and support of your new mattress
- After 30 nights you have up until the 90th day from the original delivery date to take advantage of this service.
- This is a one-time courtesy service that allows you to exchange your mattress for another of equal or greater value for a one-time service fee of $139. This charge is to cover shipping of the new mattress, removal of the old mattress and a processing fee.
- If you exchange for a lower priced mattress, the difference in price will not be refunded.
- If you exchange for a higher priced mattress the difference in price will need to be paid before shipment.
In the event of an exchange, please note the following conditions will apply:
The mattress must be in “Like New Condition” with no stains, odors or damage. To ensure this condition the purchase of a qualifying mattress protector is required at time of purchase.
Exchanges are for identical size products. Size changes are not permissible. Mattress must be in like new condition with all tags still in tact.
Our customer will receive 100% exchange credit up to 90 days post purchase. From days 30 to 90 post purchase, the customer will receive 50% credit towards the exchange. The credit amount is established as the total amount spent towards the mattress at the original point of purchase.
If the mattress chosen for exchange is greater in retail value than what the customer paid for the original mattress, the customer will pay the full retail price difference. If the mattress chosen for exchange is less in retail value than what the customer paid for the original mattress, there will be no additional credit or refund of difference applied.
Certain products are exempt from our 90 Day Comfort Exchange, including Clearance Sleep Systems, Adjustable Bases, Special Size Orders such as Full XL and Split Cal King, Floor Models, Mattress Protectors, Bed Rails, Promotional Items, Pillows, Linens, Warranty Defects/Exchanges, Damaged items, and Soiled or Unsanitary products.
The exchange option is only valid to original purchaser noted on sales order.
