Online Purchases

Mattress Deliveries                                                                              

  • Service Level– Curbside Delivery gets your purchase to your Front Door. In the case of apartments, curbside delivery will get your purchase to the entrance of the building.
  • Time Table– From the time of order, you will receive your mattress in approximately 1-2 weeks anywhere in the continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska Excluded) that is road accessible. Remote locations may take longer. 
  • Mattress/Base- Any mattress and/or base purchased at the same time will ship separately. If you would like everything delivered at the same time please give us a call at the time of order. Bedding purchases are shipped separately via UPS.
  • Scheduling– All mattress deliveries will be scheduled a few days in advance.  The home delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery window that works for you. Please have the room clear that you wish to have your purchase set up in. Orders Are Shipped?                                                                  

Depending on the size of the items, the following shipping method will be used. Please note that our standard shipping refers to Parcel Services or Truck Freight unless specified otherwise in the product description.

  • Standard Shipping: Parcel Services
    The selected parcel service (UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS) delivers your merchandise to your home or place of business and places it at the front area of your workplace or front door of your home. This service has weight and cube restrictions and not all of our items can move in this manner.
  • Standard Shipping: Truck Freight/Common Carrier (Free Curbside Delivery)
    Most of the mattresses or bases we sell are simply too big or too heavy for a regular Parcel Services to handle. A trucking company (or commonly known as a common carrier) is the delivery method of choice. The carriers will only unload the items from their truck and leave at the street level.  In some cases if it's easy for them to maneuver their truck they will bring it inside a garage.  It would be up to you to have help bringing it into your house and setting it up. Please make sure that you have adequate help to move the mattress or base.
  • White Glove Delivery
    White glove delivery is an extra service that will deliver and set up your new bed for you. This service is available for an additional fee on most occasions. Please email us at CustomerService@mattressbrands.com for details.
  • Delivery Attempts
    If the driver comes out to deliver your items and you are not home for your scheduled time, there will be a $75 attempt fee. If we do not collect this fee the product will not be delivered and all shipping charges associated with the purchase and our re-stocking fee will be charged.

Where does Mattress Brands Ship to?                                              

We deliver anywhere in the continental United States (Excludes Hawaii & Alaska). If you live in Hawaii or Alaska please give us a call for a shipping quote. We currently do not deliver internationally at this time. More information regarding our delivery and service times is available below, but should you have any questions please give us a call at 281.210.7647 and we would be happy to answer any questions.

Plus, we work with National Shipping Partners with years of experience and reliable service. They deliver items personally and handle with care when you choose the White Glove delivery option. 

  •  Free Delivery– Free Shipping is included on all bedding, pillows and mattress accessories
  • Service Level– All purchases are shipped directly to you via UPS or FedEx (depending on the manufacturer). These are sent via ground delivery. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number.
  • Stock Delays– Some items may go out of stock before we can get your order in, in this case we will contact you with an estimated restock date. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel the order without incurring any restocking fees.

International Deliveries

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery Service is a complete in-home delivery and setup of your new purchase. We use a 2 person crew, take your merchandise out of the box and place it in the room of your choice (and will bring your product up or down up to 2 flights of stairs), providing the room is clear where you want the new furniture placed. Your furniture (massage chair, adjustable base, etc.) will be fully assembled and ready for use when our white glove professionals deliver your order. All boxes and trash will be removed.

  • Mattress Brands offers Shipping on all orders to the continental U.S.
  • Large and Over-sized items are shipped via common carrier
  • Smaller orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS
  • White Glove delivery service is offered for most products. Call for a quote if price isn't listed

Inspect All Boxes Upon Delivery                                                        

Please inspect the boxes of your new furniture upon delivery of your order. If you notice any slight damage to the packaging that you think might affect the furniture, please mark it in the receipt or bill of lading with a clear description of the nature of the damage. If the boxes are severely damaged, please refuse the shipment and make a notation on the freight bill that there was significant visible damage. Your signature on the receipt is your acknowledgment that your merchandise is satisfactory and delivered as ordered. In the event that you order arrives damaged or if you have any concerns regarding any aspects of the delivery, please email us immediately at CustomerService@mattressbrands.com or call us at 281.210.7647 for a resolution.

Please note that you do need to inspect the boxes when receiving the merchandise. If the box is damaged and it is not noted on the delivery receipt, we will not be responsible to replace or fix the merchandise. Please keep the original packaging as it is required for us to process the claim.

Returned or Refused Non-Damaged Orders

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. You will be subject to round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. Please note that if your delivery was free, you will be charged the outbound shipping costs paid by Mattress Brands as part of the round trip shipping fees.

Refusal of Delivery (Non-Specified Reason)
If you refuse an order without notifying Mattress Brands of any damage or manufacturer defects, More Mattress Brands will reach out to you over a period of no more than 5 business days requesting a reason for the refusal. If contact cannot be made within 5 business days from the date the order was refused, the order will default to our Non-Damage & Non-Defect Return Policy at which time you will be automatically charged round trip shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee and the order will be returned. If the item you refused falls under the custom made category, no refund will be issued.

Damage Policy
If an order is deemed damaged by the shipping company, manufacturer, and/or by Mattress Brands, we will work diligently to have the issue resolved. Mattress Brands will only accept responsibility for a damaged item where you notated damage on the delivery receipt and you reported the damage to Mattress Brands within 1 day. Failure to note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify Mattress Brands within 1 day will relinquish Mattress Brands, the shipper, and the manufacturer of all liability. Please be advised that there are different procedures for accepting delivery depending on the delivery service level that you have chosen. Refer to your order confirmation to confirm the selected level of service.

Cancellation policy                                                                              

If an order is canceled after the merchandise has been shipped, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping, plus a 20 percent handling fee.

Please note that some products are not available for White Glove Delivery and will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Set up and debris removal does not apply to any order shipped through these methods. Other terms and conditions might apply.
